In this paper the effects of nonmatching loads on the impedances of millimeter wave oscillators are analyzed. For a special case of matching load, the numerical results are in agreement with Doring's experimental data and Wu's theoretical results. The impedance variations due to the nonmatching loads are first presented and some useful conclusions are followed.
