A numerically efficient algorithm to calculate the for‐field radiation patterns of large plane aperture antenna, based on the vector Kirchhoff‐Huygens method is presented. Arbitrary amplitude and phase distributions may be specified on the apertures wing either rectangular or circular coordinates. In most cares, modest computer resources ore required even for very large apertures.
