A network analyzer consisting of two six‐port reflectometers was constructed for use over the WR90 bandwidth. Each six‐port reflectometer comprised a symmetrical five‐port junction and a directional coupler. Laboratory tests indicated that measurement accuracies of ± 0.01 in magnitude and ±2° in phase were obtainable for both reflection and transmission coefficients.
