We propose the unique design of nanobeam focusing on multiple grating with two‐dimensional silicon waveguide staircase structures. Beam focusing is also employed with two‐dimensional Finite Difference Time Domain simulations. Nanobeam extraction is achieved on 15 µm × 35 µm wafer size. Single mode fiber of 9 µm size is focused to the 50 nm optical beam. It is also observed that 50 nm focusing can be achieved irrespective of different grating periodicity. The device operates with Transverse Electric polarization mode. The proposed focusing structure works on 1550 nm wavelength. Simulation results of the propose design shows the good focusing efficiency at the waveguide end for nanophotonics structure. Reported results show the mathematical and simulation similarities for multiple designs. This focusing structure is highly compatible with next‐generation photonics circuits because of its linear focusing on nanowaveguide.
