With improved wide‐band performances compared to classical RF signal cancellation circuits, an alternate self‐interference cancellation method is presented for a full‐duplex front‐end involving a phase‐slope adjuster. This solution can adapt frequency‐dependent phase mismatch in the cancellation path. This adjuster consists of a hybrid coupler and two varactor diodes, which can expand a single cancellation sweet spot to a continuous frequency range because of a newly introduced fine phase slope tuning capability. From measurement results, a single‐loop demo circuit can suppress interferences by 42 and 32 dB in 20 and 60 MHz bandwidth, respectively.
