The Vivaldi tapered slot antenna is incorporated with a dumbbell‐shaped microstrip ring resonator for designing a reflectarray that can achieve a maximum phase range of 371° and a −1‐dB gain bandwidth of 10.6%. Use of travelling‐wave radiator has made possible full phase range and low phase sensitivity.
