A mathematical model for analysis of metal‐dielectric structures with various profile of grating grooves was designed. Model is based on combined use of integral equations methods and generalized scattering matrices. Created and studied a prototype of planar diffraction antenna with periodic metal‐dielectric structures in its construction.
