We propose in this study an empirical nonlinear model to extract DC intrinsic transconductance ( g mDC ) and output conductance ( g dsDC ) from the high frequency intrinsic parameter set. The proposed method based on a nonlinear equation show a very good agreement in DC I – V characteristics between the calculations and measurements with a fitting error of 0.25% and enables us successfully extract the g mDC and g dsDC . © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
