A novel circularly polarized antenna using a Mercedes‐Benz logo is proposed in this letter. The proposed antenna consists of the Mercedes‐Benz logo as a radiating element and a coupling circular arc as the feeding structure. The proposed antenna can operate at 1.575 GHz for GPS applications with the corresponding polarizations. A typical design is successfully implemented and simulated and measured results of the CP performance are presented and discussed. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
