A 60 × 70 cm 2 Rotman lens including seven beam ports and nine Vivaldi antenna elements is designed for 1.5–3.5 GHz frequency range. The radiation pattern is scanned in a ±24° range in seven steps, having side‐lobe‐levels better than 10 dB. The design is fabricated on a FR4 substrate. Measurements support simulations. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Microwave Opt Technol Lett 57:1305–1308, 2015
