A multimode interference (MMI) millimeter wave demultiplexer is presented. It is based on image ridge waveguides made from standard polymers. CNC milling and 3D printing are demonstrated to form the device. At 80 GHz, an extinction of almost 60 dB is obtained for a first‐order MMI‐based polystyrene device. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
