An H‐plane wideband rectangular waveguide T‐junction divider with an equal‐phase and an unequal‐power‐division is proposed. This T‐junction has an intrinsic hallmark of symmetry, namely, the lengths of two output branches being maintained equally with reference to the input port. Numerical analysis results are compared with the measured ones to verify the design idea. This device has a potential application in array feeding network designs where equal‐phase and unequal‐power division are to be achieved by equal‐length feeding lines. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
