Band‐pass filters using complementary split ring resonator (CSRR) are proposed in this article. Two‐cascaded and three‐cascaded band‐pass filters using CSRR are designed, simulated, fabricated and measured. The resonant characteristics of the cascaded band‐pass filters show their advantages of compact size, excellent pass‐band performance and high out‐band suppression.
