An ultracompact coherent receiver with negative feedback was developed for highly linear phase demodulation.The receiver demonstrates a spur‐free dynamic range of 122 dB Hz 2/3 at a signal frequency of 300 MHz. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
