This article deals with the design of coplanar waveguide band‐pass filters in W‐band implemented on silicon membrane technology. Several topologies of filters are developed at 94 GHz: broadband filters with stubs, narrow band filters with coupled‐lines, and a pseudo‐elliptical ring. Different concepts are validated by electromagnetic simulations HFSS and by experimental results. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
