The concept of a novel single probe feed cavity backed circularly polarized antenna based on substrate integrated waveguide technique has been investigated in this article. The proposed antenna provides high circularly polarized radiation performance and keeps advantages of low profile and convenient fabrication. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
