This article mainly depicts the sensitivity of the pressure sensor based on fiber Bragg grating coated with polymers of different ratio hardener and silicone sealant. The result shows that when the ratio is 1:13, the effect of the sensitivity of 1.94 × 10 −2 /MPa can be obtained. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
