This article presents a MEMS‐based bandpass filter with a reconfigurable frequency response. The proposed device consists of a stub‐loaded Branch‐Line Coupler in artificial transmission line technology, resulting in a very compact structure. Furthermore, by using a micro electro mechanical system resistive switch, a reconfigurable frequency response has been obtained. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
