In this letter, we present a technique that employs photorefractive crystals for all‐optical diode. We theoretically designed a structure using two‐pieces of photorefractive crystals, this special crystals set show significantly potentials for applications in unidirectional diffraction beams. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
