A tapped‐line filter with two quarter‐wavelength resonators sharing a ground via is introduced and designed by proposed model. The results of the model‐based design agree well with that of the measurement. The experimental results show that the filter has good skirt selectivity in the upper stop band with two finite zero points. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
