Two different geometries of antennas are proposed to satisfy the applications for WLAN/HIPERLAN/ISM triple band. The designed antenna with a meander‐line antenna and one or two inverted planar L‐shaped antennas used to excite three distinct resonant modes is proposed. The experimental results show fairly good agreement with those of the simulation. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
