A new implementation of the basis‐rearrangement procedure is presented to remove numerical errors in the previous implementation. As a result, previously unsolvable large‐scale problems with more than one million unknowns for electrically small structures can now be solved accurately. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
