Mol. Nutr. Food Res . 2022, 66 , 202100644 DOI: 10.1002/mnfr.202100644 A pig model was built to investigate the mechanism of selenium (Se, represented by the moon) deficiency on myocardium pathology in mammal. Multi‐omics analysis showed that Se deficiency induced oxidative stress and triggered cardiac energy production disorder, increased lipids peroxidation products and proinflammatory factors. This was reported by Chaohua Tang and co‐authors in article number 2100644.
