Mol. Nutr. Food Res. 2018, 62 , 1700080. DOI: 10.1002/mnfr.201700080 Some natural compounds, such as resveratrol and quercetin, have been shown to control tumor‐suppressive and oncogenic miRNAs in a positive manner. In addition, some studies have raised the possibility that food‐derived miRNA and extracellular vesicles might function after oral intake. They have potential to prevent diseases and contribute to maintaining good health.
