The aim of this paper is to study shape memory alloys which admit two shape memory effect. This effect results from progressive modification of the admissible mixture of martensites and austenite. The predictive theory of this education phenomenon has been developed by Frémond. We discuss the education model of Frémond and establish the solvability and uniqueness results.
