In this paper, we consider a model of HIV dynamic. We formulate the stochastic diffusion approximations process associated to the discrete model. Our aim is to estimate the parameters of this model, using a contrast function associated to the likelihood derived from the discretized continuous process. The consistency and asymptotic normality of the estimator are established. The theoretical results are illustrated by numerical simulations. A real application to Morocco's case has discussed.
