The art of working efficiently fitting‐out three gravity‐fed coal bunkers consecutively is described in the article ‘Three bunkers at a single stroke’. In order to progress quickly, ventilation boreholes had to be in place just as fast as a solution for the transport of the loads. See pages 48 following for more.
