COVID‐19 has only exacerbated the need for an increased behavioral health workforce. As the Annapolis Coalition, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the recruitment, retention and training of the behavioral health workforce, celebrates 20 years, its executive director, in an interview with Mental Health Weekly last week, discussed the ongoing challenges the workforce is facing and the important next steps.
