Years before COVID‐19, youth and young adults have been struggling with mental health issues, with researchers, clinicians, teachers, school administrators, family members and young people themselves sounding the alarm on young people's mental health, says a new report released Dec. 9 by Mental Health America (MHA), which calls for leaders to immediately engage in discussions about resources and support for young people to take care of their mental health.
