Massachusetts Senate sees opportunity for true reform of mental health system

The Massachusetts state Senate this month unanimously approved comprehensive legislation that leading proponents consider a first step toward true system reform in the state. One particular target of the legislation is a long‐standing promise of insurance parity protections that advocates say has gone largely unrealized.
