Whether people are happy or sad, satisfied or unsatisfied, the elements that make a company successful in creating mentally healthy workplaces are the same, according to a new workplace survey prepared by Mental Health America (MHA) and released Jan. 27. The survey is MHA's way of exploring factors in work environments that influence employee engagement, workplace stress and mental health, advocates stated.
