Newly published research has helped to fill a gap in the comparative analysis of widely used treatments for post‐traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in military veterans, finding similar efficacy between a psychotherapy and a medication intervention. The findings should assure professionals in treatment programs that work with veterans that they have multiple effective clinical tools at their disposal.
