Observing the need to curb fraud and abuse within the state's Medicaid program, Nevada officials Nov. 16 released an urgent notice to behavioral health providers informing them that they are imposing a temporary moratorium on new enrollments for two provider types: qualified mental health associates (QMHAs) and qualified behavioral aides (QBAs).
