One aftereffect of the tragedy that unfolded at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, last February is being seen in a more formalized relationship between local school districts in the state and members of the mental health provider community. MHW spoke last week with representatives of both entities as such a partnership grows in Lee County, which includes the cities of Fort Myers and Cape Coral in the state's southwest region.
