Despite veterans having a higher disposition toward depression, there is limited evidence on the burden of treatment‐resistant depression (TRD) in this population, say researchers of a new study addressing this issue. The results underscore the critical importance of more research and, consequently, the importance for novel treatment for veterans with TRD, they said.
