Abstract We describe two patients with Gilles de la Tourette's syndrome (TS) who developed tardive dystonia after treatment with neuroleptics. The dystonic movements persisted after the offending drugs were stopped and improved with tetrabenazine. Tardive dystonia in TS has not been documented previously.
