This report describes a 9‐day‐old female infant admitted for hypocalcemic seizures. The hypocalcemia was treated, but the infant was noted to have vesico‐ureteral reflux and a mild ptosis of her left eye with rhythmic blinking during bottle feeding. The eye findings were subsequently diagnosed as Marcus Gunn jaw‐winking Synkinesis. © 2007 Movement Disorder Society
