Levodopa can worsen tremor associated with dystonia

A patient with tremor associated with spasmodic dysphonia developed a marked exacerbation of her upper limb tremor whilst on co‐careldopa (Sinemet CR) that improved when the drug was withdrawn. © 2006 Movement Disorder Society
