Chorea in a patient with cerebral palsy: Treatment with levetiracetam

We report on the case of an adult cerebral palsy patient who developed severe chorea coincident with a febrile illness from a nonstreptococcal infection. The chorea improved markedly with the use of levetiracetam (LEV, Keppra). © 2005 Movement Disorder Society
