Injection with botulinum toxin type A (Botox) is a safe and efficacious treatment for idiopathic cervical dystonia. We present the first case report of clinical Botox treatment during pregnancy. This patient underwent four apparently uncomplicated full‐term pregnancies while receiving regular Botox treatments. © 2004 Movement Disorder Society
