To our knowledge, pregnancy in a patient with stiff‐limb‐syndrome (SLS) has not been reported. We present the case of a woman with SLS who improved during pregnancy, delivered a normal healthy baby by forceps‐assisted vaginal delivery, and suffered a mild postpartum “relapse.” © 2004 Movement Disorder Society
