Front Cover : A semiflexible macromolecule is modeled as a worm‐like chain in an aligning external field. In the regime of a strongly aligning field, the model is solved analytically and shows substantial alignment with increasing field strength. The solutions are compared to Monte Carlo simulations of the exact model (shown in the graphic) and excellent agreement is found for strong fields. This is reported by Philipp A. Kloza and James A. Elliott in article 2000049.
