Dielectric elastomers are materials of increasing interest in applications as electroactive polymers. In this field, materials with high dielectric constant and low elastic modulus are essential for high actuation performance, and block copolymer gels are among the best candidates for these applications. In this study SEBS block copolymer gels containing mineral oil were obtained in order to evaluate their morphological structure and rheological properties, as well as the impact of these properties on their mechanical and dielectric behavior. The variation of the dielectric constant was verified as a function of the viscosity of the SEBS gel and its morphological structure.
