Summary We have synthesized highly ordered nanostructured conducting PEDOT (poly (3,4ethylenedioxythiophene)) through chemical and electrochemical polymerization of bio based liquid crystalline templates and modified transducer used for the detection of ascorbic acid and nicotine.
