Abstract Summary: It has been demonstrated that diffusion of polycation adsorbed on glass microspheres occurs without desorption of the macromolecules into the solution and, therefore, can be characterizerd as 2D‐diffusion. The diffusion coefficint is estimated to be 1.4 × 10 −12 cm 2 /s.
