The synthesis of six arm star shaped polyglycidols followed by end capping with vinyl sulfonate groups is reported. The obtained multifunctional polymers show excellent reactivity towards amines. The addition of amines to the vinyl sulfonate groups was proven via NMR spectroscopy.
