Changes in the energy structure of local states during the exposure of metal‐free phthalocyanine films to chlorodifluoromethane were studied using the technique of thermomodulated space‐charge‐limited currents. The broadening of the energy distribution of the states is explained on the basis of charge‐dipole interactions.
