A series of biodegradablc modified aliphatic polycarbonates were synthesized from carbon dioxide and relevant comonomers using a macromolecule ‐ bimetallic catalyst. The work was done to help the elimination of the pollution both from polymeric rubbish and from the greenhouse gas CO 2 .
