The melting behaviour of isotactic polypropene (it–PP) in blends with atactic polypropene (at–PP) and isotactic poly(1–ethylethylene) (it–PB) was examined by thermal analysis. It is shown that the double melting endotherm obtained under certain experimental conditions is caused by new crystallization. In the examined blends the tendency of new crystallization depends on the composition.
