Measurements were carried out of the change of polarity of photo‐current after a laser flash on poly(N‐vinylcarbazole) with trinitrofluorenone (PVK/TNF). This experimental results could be interpreted by taking into consideration dipol‐relaxations. A model for estimation is presented.
